1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled an Ordinance to apply a sum not exceeding Twenty-five million five hundred and eight thousand two hundred and sixty nine Dollars to the Public Service for the year 1937.

This Ordinance is in the usual form for annual appropriation Ordinances.

3. I am of opinion that the rdinance is not con- trary to the Governor's instructions and that it is one to which His Excellency may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
